Technology Ventures
Lauren Greenlee is transforming the way water enhances our lives. Her research at the University of Arkansas has led to eight active disclosures of her inventions, five active patent applications and is helping to spur the university’s efforts to commercialize innovations and drive the state’s economy.

We help faculty and research scientists identify, protect, and commercialize intellectual property developed from their research or other university supported activities.
Technology Ventures is part of the University of Arkansas’ Fayetteville campus. Each member of our team has an appointment in the Office of the Vice Provost for Research . We work closely with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and the University of Arkansas Technology Development Foundation.

With the clear objective of facilitating the creation of a lasting knowledge-based economy, we engage inventors, faculty start-up/spin-out companies and businesses in transferring inventions into marketplace products and services.
As a condition of employment, University faculty and researchers have obligations pertaining to research conducted with university and third party support. Certain rights and rewards are due inventors/authors of intellectual property, as well. The university policies that cover these programs are 210.1 and 210.2.
